Yoga Instructor Sophie Palmer shows us how she uses yoga to find space before the world wakes up.

After living a busy and fast paced life working in the media industry, Sophie Palmer turned to yoga to seek relief and quickly felt the effects on a much deeper level. Practicing yoga for over 10 years has taught her to rise early and whether teaching or practicing, the morning is her favourite time of the day to get on the mat.
